Today i was up to post some tuts, but forgot my pass to admin area 
Requested email with link to reset password was broken. So I’ve done very simple thing to gain my access.
I have test wp blog on my local server, and obviously i do remember my passwords for it. So i’ve opened phpmyadmin, table wp_users and copied the encrypted pass. Then i’ve inserted it into the same place instead of lost pass.
Sweet and easy

Apache/php installation on Ubuntu works out of the box. However, some features not available and must be installed manually.
If you had a chance to develop captchas or other image rotating related pages, you may notice that on Ubuntu the images are not visible. Phpinfo () have records about installed GD, but…

Recently was released Wordpress 2.5.1. In this version was fixed 70-80 bugs from 2.5 but left some fun things.
According to numerous reports by individuals and a ticket filed in the WordPress Trac when a user resets their password, the password reset link received in the email does not work.
Bug-fix will be included in 2.5.2 version.
